This pattern has been made using fused Perler beads although you can use other brands such as Hama. I'll probably add some twine or cord to the back for hanging these up as door or wall decor. Maleficent Rainbow Loom Bands Bracelet Tutorial

Image
This detailed photo tutorial is going to show you how to make your own Disney villain inspired bracelet with a real Maleficent evil fairy theme from Sleeping Beauty. The fun rubber band bracelet design combines two cool crafts that both adults and kids can enjoy by using Rainbow Loom bands and fused Perler or Hama Beads. The colored rubber bands make up really a nice stretchy wrist bracelet to wear and the beads are used to create a large charm that resembles the evil Queen Maleficent's face. Or you can also make a longer pattern with the bands to make up a necklace or something else like a keychain instead. This is a great craft opportunity for both adults and children to work together on a project with something that is fun to make and fairly easy. My daughter and I really had fun making this and she loved wearing it when she dressed up as this character for Halloween. Enjoy the tutorial.

Magnificent Maleficent Perler Bead Pattern

Image
Disney's version of Sleeping Beauty contains one of the most magnificent villains ever created and that is, of course, the complex character Maleficent. My daughter really enjoyed this movie as well and she was keen on having an easy pattern and design that she could make up by using her fused Perler beads, so I made a Maleficent Perler bead pattern which you can enjoy using too with this simple to follow photo tutorial. This small design makes a finished project which measures around 2.5 x 2 inches. That is a good size for a bag charm, a necklace pendent, a keychain, an embellishment for a handmade card or gift tag or a large, oversize bracelet charm.

Sugar Skull Perler Beads Pattern

Image
Sugar Skull Perler bead patterns and designs are really popular motifs. Lots of people want to decorate, make crafts and paint up their faces just like this beautiful yet creepy decorated, colorful skull. Despite these elaborate patterns actually being a symbol of The Day of the Dead , they're not actually related to Halloween but to the Mexican Holiday which is called Dia de los Muertos .  However, they make a fabulous decoration for the bewitching season of October and I've captured this style with a fused Perler bead sugar skull pattern and tutorial.
